Common Harvest Workflows
1. Record harvest in the field
Use the quick add form to capture date, field, produce, and quantity as soon as the harvest is weighed.
2. Confirm quality and storage
Update quality grade and status to “Received in storage” once the batch is inspected and stored.
3. Allocate to inventory lots
Split large harvest batches into inventory lots by storage location and expiry date.
4. Link to customer orders
Reserve specific batches for confirmed orders to avoid over‑selling.
